GUEST WI-FI TERMS & CONDITIONS

🔐 EASY WORKSPACE – GUEST WI-FI ACCESS

By accessing or using the Easy Workspace Guest Wi-Fi network (“Network”), you (“User”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of the Network.

1. ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

The Network is provided solely for lawful, temporary internet access. Users agree NOT to use the Network for any activity that is illegal, abusive, disruptive, or harmful, including but not limited to:

Unauthorized access to systems, devices, or data
Hacking, phishing, spoofing, scanning, or penetration attempts
Distribution of malware, ransomware, spyware, or malicious code
Copyright infringement, piracy, or illegal file sharing
Transmission of obscene, defamatory, or unlawful content
Any activity violating local, state, federal, or international laws

Easy Workspace reserves the right to monitor traffic patterns, limit bandwidth, block access, or terminate connections at any time without notice.

2. NO EXPECTATION OF PRIVACY

The Network is a public or semi-public Wi-Fi service. Users acknowledge and agree that:

Data transmitted over Wi-Fi may not be secure
Communications may be intercepted, monitored, delayed, or lost
Easy Workspace does not guarantee confidentiality or encryption

Users are solely responsible for implementing their own security measures, including VPNs, firewalls, endpoint protection, and encrypted communications.

3. CYBERSECURITY & DATA DISCLAIMER

Easy Workspace does not guarantee protection against:

Data breaches or leaks
Man-in-the-middle attacks
Malware infections
Credential theft
Unauthorized data access
Loss or corruption of files

Use of the Network is entirely at the User’s own risk.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Easy Workspace, its owners, managers, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

Any direct or indirect damages
Loss of data, revenue, or business
Cyber incidents or security breaches
Device compromise or system failure
Identity theft or financial loss

This applies whether damages arise from negligence, system failure, third-party actions, or unauthorized access.

5. USER RESPONSIBILITY & INDEMNIFICATION

The User agrees to:

Assume full responsibility for all activities conducted via the Network
Maintain updated antivirus and security software
Immediately disconnect if suspicious activity is detected

The User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Easy Workspace from any claims, damages, losses, legal fees, or liabilities arising from misuse of the Network.

6. NETWORK AVAILABILITY & PERFORMANCE

Easy Workspace does not guarantee:

Continuous availability
Minimum speed or bandwidth
Compatibility with any device or application

Access may be restricted, throttled, suspended, or terminated at any time for maintenance, security, or operational reasons.

7. LOGGING & COMPLIANCE

Easy Workspace may collect limited technical data such as:

IP addresses
Device identifiers
Connection timestamps
Network usage metrics

This data may be used solely for security, compliance, troubleshooting, or legal obligations and is handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

8. PROHIBITED COMMERCIAL & HIGH-RISK USE

The Network may not be used for:

Hosting servers or services
Cryptocurrency mining
Large-scale downloads or uploads
Security testing or scanning tools
Any activity that degrades network performance for others

9. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

10. ACCEPTANCE

By clicking “I Agree”, connecting to, or using the Easy Workspace Guest Wi-Fi network, the User confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions in full.
